Many are asking if allowing cell phone use in classrooms is taking away from the quality of this learning. Tha province of Ontario, Canada is heading for a full on ban on cell phone use by students in all schools.
Here is one teacher’s attempt to quantify how distracting cell phones are in the classroom. These were the notifications received by her students during 4th period.
